I ordered my Henry on Sunday evening and it was delivered on Tuesday. Only problem was the re-usable bag I had ordered was not with it so I emailed that night I had an email the following day to say it had been despached and it arrived the very next day. Excellent service from this site well done on your customer service. HENRY? well that goes without saying, he is thoroughly enjoying sucking everything up in his old usual efficiency as he always has. I couldn't wait for my Dyson to pack up so I could have another Henry again.

Had to write and say thank you for 'Henry'. He arrived today with a big smile, then went on to cheerfully, (and quietly) vacuum the whole house without a problem.
My old cleaner was on strike, continually cutting out if used for more than 90 seconds at a time, so he went in the bin.
Henry though, happily removed every bit of dog hair from the floors, chased down all the dust bunnies that had bred profusely, cleaned the lamp shades (I thought all the bulbs were defunct until today), and went on to rid me of the nolonger ever present dust webs that used to attack us from the ceilings and alcoves.
I've fallen in love with Henry, he's my best pal now and always.

The house was cleaned from top to bottom in the afternoon with the greatest of ease.
The heavy,noisy,cumbersome Dyson upright is now consigned to the attic.

This is just a quick message to say thank you for the top quality service I have received during my recent purchase of a George wet and dry vac.
First thing I was impressed with is the way you keep your customers informed at every step of the process from ordering, dispatch through to delivery. Even given an hour time slot for delivery which was kept to by your courier.
Second is the speed of which the process is completed with an order placed on a Monday night and delivery on Wednesday afternoon, brilliant, speedy service.
Lastly is the actual item I purchased, George - well what can I say - superb build quality with a vast array of attachments and an outstanding performance.
Suction power is incredible and as a test I vacuumed the bedroom and landing carpets even though my wife had done them earlier with our upright Dyson. I just had to have a look in the bag, surprised is an understatement, lots of dirt particles, hair and dust which the other vacuum had obviously missed, well done George!

"I did not purchase my Henry NRV200-22 from you, but just ordered bags for it from you. Just to say though, that after owning it for a few weeks, we are very impressed at the suction. Our ~Dyson just died on us before Christmas. Henry has superior suction. Doesn't need emptying every 5 minutes, and has that fun, cheery element.
We vaccumed my son's room last week, and just took bag out to find out what bag number we needed to order and found a whole pencil and a battery and god knows what in it, and that is using it at half suction.
Hooray for the Henry!
