We are domiciled in the United Kingdom and our address and contact details are set out below. All transactions will be carried out in GBP. We do not export items outside the United Kingdom without prior approval from us. Goods are despatched either by Royal Mail or by TNT carriers. Delivery is usually five working days after acceptance of order.

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment by "Protx or Paypall" or "Payment by Cheque". To use payment by cheque order the item/s you require and complete the checkout procedure. You will then get a printed advice. Send us this advice with your cheque. Personal cheques please put your Cheque Guarantee card number on reverse, Business cheques welcome as well (without guarantee card). We use Transax to authorise cheque payments so we don't need to wait for clearance and can dispatch goods more quickly.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling We only accept orders for delivery to adresses within the Mainland United Kingdom. ALL ORDERS over £45.00 (before VAT) ARE DELIVERED FREE to Mainland England, (incl. IOW) Mainland Scotland and Wales.
Orders under £45 (incl.. VAT) are charged £2.99 Delivery.

Delivery Schedule Working days are Monday to Friday excluding Bank holidays and Christmas Break.

Next Working Day Delivery Orders (Machines only in the Domestic section) placed after 12.30pm at weekends (Saturday and Sunday) , Bank holidays and Christmas Break are processed and dispatched the following working day and sent with DPD 24 hour service.

Machines and large items in other sections will be usually be dispatched the next working day following order by TNT, allow 3-4 working days for delivery.

Smaller items will be sent by post. Small items ordered with machines may occasionally be sent under seperate cover and may arrive later.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges All of our prices on this website include VAT which is currently 15%. A VAT invoice will be emailed upon dispatch of your order. If you prefer it to be posted please advise us by email.

Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, you are transferred to our credit/debit card processors PROTX.

Once on the PROTX systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign's Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. Guarantee All of our machines come with the manufacturers two year warranty on the machine and six months on tubes and accessories.

If you are not satisfied with any of the goods we supply we will accept them for a full refund within seven days of your acceptance of delivery, provided they are returned to us carriage paid and are in the original box and in as new condition.

Returns Policy If you are not satisfied with any of the goods we supply we will accept them for a full refund within seven working days of your acceptance of delivery, provided they are returned to us at your expense and are in the original box and in as new condition and has not been used. If we find that a product has not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, or the packaging is damaged or the item has been used, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price. Any refund due will be credited to the original card of purchase within 3-5 working days of us receiving the goods.
